ITINERARY


Day 1: Friday, August 14 - Depart US

Depart the USA on overnight flights to Budapest, Hungary.


Day 2: Saturday, August 15 - Budapest

Upon arrival in Budapest, be greeted by a private driver and transferred into the city center for time at leisure. Check into the hotel and then meet up with your fellow Legates Membersto celebrate an opening Mass and welcome dinner. Overnight in Budapest.


Day 3: Sunday, August 16 - Embarkation Budapest

Celebrate Mass at St. Stephen’s Basilica and visit the House of Parliament. Then, travel to the Archabbey of  Pannonhalma, the resting place of the heart of Otto von Habsburg. Board your luxury cruise ship to enjoy a special welcome cocktail and dinner. Overnight on the ship.


Day 4: Monday, August 17 - Budapest

Experience the Catholic highlights of Budapest. Begin with Mass at Matthias Church, followed by a walking tour of the city. Visit Buda Castle and the Habsburg family crypt at the Royal Palace. Return to the ship for dinner  and overnight.


Day 5: Tuesday, August 18 - Bratislava, Slovakia

Host to the crowning ceremonies of 11 Hungarian  kings and queens between 1536 and 1830, Bratislava  certainly has earned the title “Coronation City of Kings,” as you’ll discover during your walking tour. Conclude by celebrating Mass at St. Martin’s Cathedral and then enjoy time at leisure.


Day 6: Wednesday, August 19 - Vienna, Austria

Discover Vienna’s regal splendors on a city tour, including the Opera House, Imperial Palace, and Schönbrunn Palace and Gardens. Conclude with Mass at St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Spend the afternoon at leisure


Day 7: Thursday, August 20 - Krems | Spitz

Discover Vienna’s regal splendors on a city tour, including the Opera House, Imperial Palace, and Schönbrunn Palace and Gardens. Conclude with Mass at St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Spend the afternoon at leisure


Day 8: Friday, August 21  Salzburg Day Trip

Arrive in Linz for a full-day tour to Salzburg. Celebrate Mass at Maria Plain Shrine, where St. John Paul II prayed, housing a miraculous image. After lunch, enjoy a Sound  of Music tour through the Austrian Lake District and Salzkammergut. Explore Salzburg’s highlights, such as Mirabell Gardens, Mozart’s home, the Salzburg Cathedral, or a gondola ride to the Hohensalzburg Fortress. Return  to the ship for dinner and overnight.


Day 9: Saturday, August 22 - Passau, Germany | Oktoberfest Celebration

Celebrate Mass at St. Stephen’s Cathedral, followed by a walking tour of Passau’s Gothic and Baroque architecture. End the day with an exclusive Oktoberfest celebration.


Day 10: Sunday, August 23 - Vilshofen-Disembarkation | Return to USA

Disembark the ship in Vilshofen and transfer to the  airport for return flights to the USA.


Munich Post Night


Day 11: Sunday, August 23  Vilshofen- Disembarkation | Munich

Disembark and head to Munich. Celebrate Mass, tour Marienplatz, the “Glockenspiel,” and Frauenkirche. Walk Ludwigsstrasse past Feldherrenhalle, Siegestor, and the Residenz. Check into the five-star Rocco Forte Charles Hotel, then enjoy a group dinner at a local brewery. Overnight in Munich


Day 12: Monday, August 24 - Return to USA

Transfer to the Munich airport for your return  flights home

TRAVEL PROTECTION:

Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel protection is highly recommended. 


PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS:

Deposit: $1,500 per person due upon registration

Second Deposit: $3,000 additional due on or before January 15, 2026 

Final Payment: Balance due on or before March 15, 2026

Please note late payments will incur a $50 late fee. 


All cancellations must be received in writing. Payments are non-refundable and subject to CTS Terms and Conditions, including the CTS Liability Release. CTS reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payments are not made according to the payment schedule. A $25 fee will be added to any reinstated reservation.
