ITINERARY
Day 1: Sunday, March 22 Arrive in Rome, Italy
Depart on independent overnight flights to Rome, Italy
Day 2: Monday, March 23 - Arrive in Rome | Welcome Reception
Arrive in Rome and make your way to the hotel for checkin. After time to freshen up and grab lunch on your own, meet your local tour manager and transfer to the Church of St. Patrick. Enjoy a Welcome Reception to commence this patriotic pilgrimage!
Day 3: Tuesday, March 24 - Restoration Labs
After breakfast at the hotel, depart for the Vatican Museums and tour the Restoration and Tapestry Labs, as well as the Painting and Marble Restoration Labs. Enjoy a special lunch at the Vatican Museums. This evening is free for dinner on your own.
Day 4: Wednesday, March 25 - Papal Audience | Pontifical North American College | Vatican Museums Gala
This morning, attend the Wednesday Papal Audience with Pope Leo XIV and receive a papal blessing. Continue to the North American College for lunch and a tour of the beautiful campus. This evening, celebrate Mass at the Governatorato Chapel, followed by a private visit to the Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel. Enjoy a Patrons Reception and Gala Dinner in the Vatican Museums.
Day 5: Thursday, March 26 - St. Philip Neri Rooms | After Hours Tour at St. Mary Major
Depart for San Girolamo della Carità to visit the private rooms and oratory of St. Philip Neri. The afternoon is free to enjoy the Eternal City. Partake in an exclusive after-hours tour of St. Mary Major Basilica, followed by a light reception.
Day 6: Friday, March 27 - St. Paul Outside the Walls | San Clemente | U.S. Embassy to the Vatican Reception
Visit the Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls and enjoy a coffee reception in the Cloister. Continue to the Basilica of San Clemente to meet with American Dominican Friars for a private tour of the basilica’s restorations. Finally, enjoy a special reception with the U.S. Ambassador to the Vatican at Villa Richardson, followed by a celebratory farewell dinner.
Day 7: Saturday, March 28 - Depart for USA

TRAVEL PROTECTION:
Travel insurance is highly recommended. The Cancel For Any Reason option must be purchased within 14 days of the initial trip deposit. The group travel insurance link will be provided during online registration.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS:
Deposit: $1,000 per person due upon registration
Second Deposit: $1,250 additional due on or before October 23, 2025
Final Payment: Balance due on or before December 22, 2025
Please note late payments will incur a $50 late fee.
All cancellations must be received in writing. Payments are non-refundable and subject to CTS Terms and Conditions, including the CTS Liability Release. CTS reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payments are not made according to the payment schedule. A $25 fee will be added to any reinstated reservation.
