Join us on a journey through the heart of Italy! We’ll walk the streets of Rome, pray at the tombs of saints, and take in the beauty of St. Peter’s Basilica. In Naples we’ll explore Pompeii and the breathtaking Amalfi Coast, and in Assisi we’ll follow in the footsteps of St. Francis. Faith, history, beauty—and of course pasta, wine, and gelato—await us. ITINERARY
Day 1: Friday, September 25 - Depart USA
Depart the USA on overnight flights to Rome.
Day 2: Saturday, September 26 - Rome
Arrive in Rome and meet your local tour manager. After checking into your hotel, begin your pilgrimage with a visit to the Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls, where you will celebrate Mass. Continue to the Catacombs of St. Sebastian, a profound site of early Christian devotion. This evening, enjoy a welcome dinner and overnight in Rome.
Day 3: Sunday, September 27 - Rome
Celebrate Mass at St. Peter’s Basilica, followed by a guided tour of the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. Participate in the Scavi Tour beneath St. Peter’s, traditionally believed to be the burial site of the Apostle Peter. Enjoy the evening at leisure and overnight in Rome.
Day 4: Monday, September 28 - Rome
Begin the day with Mass at the Basilica of St. Mary Major, one of Rome’s four major basilicas, followed by a guided visit with time for prayer. Continue through Christian Rome with visits to St. John Lateran and the Basilica of the Holy Cross. In the afternoon, explore Ancient Rome with a guided tour of the Colosseum, Capitol Hill, and the Roman Forum. Visit the Church of San Clemente before gathering for dinner at L’Archeologia. Overnight in Rome.
Day 5: Tuesday, September 29 - Naples | Pompeii
Depart early for Naples and celebrate Mass at the Cathedral. Visit San Domenico Maggiore to see the cell of St. Thomas Aquinas, followed by a group lunch. Tour the Catacombs of San Gennaro before continuing to your hotel in Pompeii. Overnight in Pompeii.
Day 6: Wednesday, September 30 - Amalfi Day Trip | Pompeii
Travel along the stunning Amalfi Coast to the town of Amalfi, where you will celebrate Mass at the Cathedral. Enjoy free time to stroll the beach and explore the town before taking a ferry to Minori. Return to Pompeii for dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Thursday, October 1 - Pompeii
Celebrate Mass at the Shrine of Our Lady of Pompeii, then visit the Archeological Park of Pompeii to witness the preserved ruins of this ancient city. Spend the afternoon at leisure before gathering for dinner. Overnight in Pompeii.
Day 8: Friday, October 2 - Assisi
Depart early for Assisi and celebrate Mass at the Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels. Venerate the body of Blessed Carlo Acutis and enjoy the evening at leisure in this sacred hillside town. Overnight in Assisi.
Day 9: Saturday, October 3 - Assisi
Celebrate Mass at the Basilica of St. Francis, followed by a walking tour of Assisi including sites related to St. Francis and St. Clare. Visit the Cathedral of San Rufino before gathering for a special farewell dinner. Overnight in Assisi.
Day 10: Sunday, October 4 - Return to USA
Transfer to the airport for your return flights home.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION TERMS:
Deposit: $500 per person due upon registration
Second Deposit: $1,250 additional due on or before April 28, 2026
Final Payment: Balance due June 26, 2026
Please note late payments will incur a $50 late fee.
All cancellations must be received in writing. Payments are non-refundable and subject to CTS Terms and Conditions, including the CTS Liability Release. CTS reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payments are not made according to the payment schedule. A $25 fee will be added to any reinstated reservation.
