Join Archbishop of Denver James R. Golka on a Pallium Pilgrimage to Rome

Archbishop James R. Golka warmly invites you to join him on a pilgrimage to Rome this June for a moment of profound significance in the life of the Church: the reception of the Pallium from Pope Leo on the Feast of Saints Peter and Paul. The Pallium, a woolen band worn over the shoulders of a Metropolitan Archbishop, symbolizes his pastoral authority and his communion with the Holy Father and the universal Church. Received at the tomb of St. Peter, it is a visible reminder of the Archbishop’s mission to shepherd the faithful entrusted to him. To witness this ancient tradition in the heart of Rome will be a once-in-a-lifetime encounter with the living history, faith, and unity of the Catholic Church, and Archbishop Golka would be honored to share this extraordinary pilgrimage with you.
