The Catholic Foundation of Oklahoma City invites you to join Archbishop Paul S. Coakley on a pilgrimage to France. Discover the eldest daughter of the Church with the opportunities to celebrate Mass daily in iconic cathedrals, like the newly restored Notre Dame of Paris; walk in the footsteps of St. Therese of Lisieux & St. Joan of Arc; pay respects to the fallen soldiers in Normandy; and pray with monks at the abbeys of Mont-Saint-Michel and Solesmes. ITINERARY


Day 1: Monday, October 13 - Depart USA

Depart on independent flights from Oklahoma City to Paris, France.


Day 2: Tuesday, October 14 - Arrival in Paris | Montmartre

Arrive in Paris, and meet your English-speaking tour manager. Then journey by private motorcoach into the city for a scenic tour. Celebrate Mass at the Basilica of Sacré-Coeur in Montmartre, overlooking Paris, with time for Adoration. Explore the vibrant district of Montmartre before a welcome reception and dinner. Overnight in Paris.


Day 3: Wednesday, October 15 - Paris City Tour | Seine River Cruise

Today, visit the historic Île de la Cité. Begin with an exterior tour of Notre-Dame Cathedral, an architectural masterpiece, then celebrate Mass at the Sainte Chapelle, home to the revered Crown of Thorns. Continue to the Chapel of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, where Mary appeared to St. Catherine Labouré. Enjoy lunch on your own in the Latin Quarter and explore St. Stephen’s Church, the Pantheon, and La Sorbonne. Conclude the day with a Seine River cruise, viewing the Eiffel Tower, followed by an evening at leisure.


Day 4: Thursday, October 16 - Paris

Journey to Chartres for Mass at the Cathedral, visiting the crypt. See the sacred veil which was believed to be worn by Mary when she gave birth to Jesus. After a group lunch, return to Paris for free time. You may wish to visit the Louvre, stroll the Jardin du Luxembourgand explore local cuisine. Overnight in Paris.


Day 5: Friday, October 17 - Lisieux | Bayeux

Depart Paris for Lisieux to visit the Sanctuary of Lisieux, followed by Mass at the Basilica. Visit Les Buissonnets, the family home where St. Therese spent her childhood. Discover the Carmelite convent, where she remained cloistered until her death, and visit the cathedral of St. Peter where the Martin family attended Mass. Continue to Normandy for hotel check-in. Gather for a group dinner and overnight in Bayeux.


Day 6: Saturday, October 18 - Omaha Beach | Bayeux

Explore Bayeux Cathedral, a masterpiece of medieval architecture. Celebrate Mass, then head to Omaha Beach to remember the D-Day landings. Visit the American Cemetery at Colleville-sur-Mer, reflecting on this tribute to the fallen. Return to Bayeux for dinner on your own and overnight.


Day 7: Sunday, October 19 - Saint Malo | Mont-Saint-Michel

Depart for Saint-Malo, a historic, walled port city. Visit the Cathedral of St. Vincent and stroll the fortified ramparts, passing landmarks like Solidor Tower and statues of famous corsairs. Visit Grand Bé Island, where the remains of writer Chateaubriand rest. After lunch, continue to the abbey of Mont-Saint-Michel for Mass. Enjoy a group dinner and overnight in Mont-Saint-Michel.


Day 8: Monday, October 20 - Mont-Saint-Michel

This morning, take a guided tour of the village and abbey, belonging to the Monastic Fraternity of Jerusalem. Celebrate Mass. Enjoy a group lunch at La Mère Poulard, home of the world-famous omelette! The remainder of the afternoon is yours to explore, concluding with a cider tasting. The evening at leisure in Mont-Saint-Michel.


Day 9: Tuesday, October 21 - Solesmes | Tours

Head to the Loire Valley for a visit to the Benedictine Abbey of the Solesmes Congregation. Celebrate Mass at the abbey. Enjoy a tour and glass of wine at the Chambord Castle before continuing to Tours for hotel check-in. Gather this evening for a special group farewell dinner.


Day 10: Wednesday, October 22 - Tours | Paris

In Tours, visit St. Martin Basilica and venerate his relics. Celebrate Mass, and then head to Paris for overnight near Paris Airport.


Day 11: Thursday, October 23 - Return to USA

Transfer to the airport for return flights to Oklahoma City.

*This price reflects a $300 per person Early  Booking Discount for deposits received before March 1, 2025 and a $160 per person Check  Discount for those paying the total cost of the tour by Check. Payment must be received on or before the final payment due date.

Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel protection is highly recommended. 


PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION TERMS: 

Deposit: $1,000 per person due upon registration

Second Deposit: $1,250 additional due on or before May 16, 2025

Final Payment: Balance due July 15, 2025

Please note late payments will incur a $50 late fee. 


All cancellations must be received in writing. Payments are non-refundable and subject to CTS Terms and Conditions, including the CTS Liability Release. CTS reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payments are not made according to the payment schedule. A $25 fee will be added to any reinstated reservation.
