A Pilgrimage to Medjugorje and Badija with the Pulte and Hale Families

Fr. James Blount:

Fr. James Blount, SOLT, is a Catholic priest ordained in 1999 and an internationally known preacher, retreat leader, and spiritual director. Trained in deliverance ministry and exorcism through a Vatican-certified program, he previously served for nine years as a missionary and pastor in Belize. His ministry emphasizes devotion to the Holy Trinity, the Eucharist, and the Blessed Virgin Mary, with a focus on spiritual warfare, healing, conversion, and holiness. Fr. Blount travels throughout the United States and abroad leading missions and retreats that inspire deeper faith and trust in God’s mercy.

Dr. Christine Mugridge:

Dr. Christine Mugridge, SOLT, is a lay missionary, theologian, author, and international speaker specializing in evangelization and healing ministry. She holds a PhD in Social Communications Science and Theology from the Pontifical Salesian University and spent nearly a decade as a Vatican-accredited journalist. A published author and former theology professor, she has served the Church for more than 35 years as a catechist, spiritual director, retreat leader, and pastoral consultant. Having ministered in over 20 countries, Dr. Mugridge brings a rich perspective on Marian spirituality, the gifts of the Holy Spirit, and the Church’s mission of evangelization. She currently resides in Medjugorje, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

ITINERARY 

PRE-TOUR: 

Day 1: Sunday, September 20th – Departure

Depart USA on independent flights to Dubrovnik, Croatia

Day 2: Monday, September 21st – Dubrovnik

Arrive in Dubrovnik and enjoy a private transfer to your hotel. Check-in and freshen up before meeting your local tour manager and enjoying a welcome dinner at your hotel. Overnight in Dubrovnik.

Day 3: Tuesday, September 22nd – Dubrovnik | Bay of Kotor

After breakfast, depart for a day of beauty and exploration to the Bay of Kotor in Montenegro. Here you will visit Our Lady of the Rocks and enjoy a group lunch before returning to Dubrovnik for an evening at leisure. Overnight in Dubrovnik.

MAIN TOUR:

Day 1: Tuesday, September 22nd | Departure

Depart USA on independent flights to Dubrovnik, Croatia.

Day 2: Wednesday, September 23rd – Arrival | Medjugorje

Arrive in Dubrovnik and meet up with the pre-tour group and your local professional tour manager. Take the motorcoach transfer to Medjugorje for a group dinner and kick off of this once-in-a-lifetime pilgrimage and retreat.

Days 3-4: Thursday & Friday, September 24th-25th – Medjugorje

Over these days, immerse yourself in the pilgrim experience while connecting with the culture, people, and history of Medjugorje. Discover why millions of pilgrims visit this serene village each year as you visit sites like Cross Mountain, Apparition Hill, St. James Church, and Blue Cross.

Day 5: Saturday, September 26th - Zadar | Badija

Check out of your hotel and transfer to Zadar, where we will celebrate Mass and see the incorruptible body of St. Simeon, who prophesied of Christ’s coming in the temple. After some time at leisure in Zadar, depart for Split’s docks for a boat ride to Badija Island. Overnight in Badija.

Days 6-7: Sunday & Monday, September 27th-28th - Badija

Enjoy two nights on Badija Island while staying at the historic Franciscan Monastery. Our days will be filled with Mass, Adoration, and talks led by Fr. Blount and Dr. Mugridge. There will also be time for personal prayer, walks around the island, and swimming in the Adriatic Sea.

Day 8: Tuesday, September 29th – Badija | Dubrovnik

Celebrate Mass on Badija Island before transferring by boat and motorcoach to Dubrovnik. Spend the afternoon in this historic city before gathering for a group farewell dinner. Overnight in Dubrovnik.

Day 9: Wednesday, September 30th – Departure

Check out of your hotel and transfer to the Dubrovnik airport for independent flights back home.
