Itinerary
Day 1: Tuesday, April 14 - Depart USA
Embark on a sacred journey, departing from the United States toward Rome, the heart of the Catholic faith.
Day 2: Wednesday, April 15 - Rome | Assisi
Upon arrival in Rome, the group is welcomed by their Catholic Italian Tour Manager and begins the scenic journey to Assisi. After lunch along the way, the group arrives and checks in to the hotel. Later, a private Mass is celebrated. Dinner and overnight in Assisi.
Day 3: Thursday, April 16 - Assisi
Today, the group will explore Assisi, the hometown of St. Francis and St. Clare. A private Mass is planned at the Basilica of St. Francis. The day will conclude with dinner on your own and overnight in Assisi.
Day 4: Friday, April 17 - Assisi | Florence
This morning, enjoy time to explore Assisi and visit the tomb of Saint Carlos Acutis. After lunch, the journey continues to Florence. Overnight in Florence
Day 5: Saturday, April 18 - Florence
The day begins with a Mass at the breathtaking Duomo, where voices rise in song during the liturgy. A guided tour of the cathedral follows. Later, a walking tour highlights the Baptistry Doors, Signoria Square, and the rich heritage of Florence. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Florence.
Day 6: Sunday, April 19 - Florence
Morning Mass is celebrated before a day of exploring Florence and all of the beauty that it offers. Enjoy a group dinner this evening.
Day 7: Monday, April 20 - Florence | Rome
The pilgrimage continues to Rome with with the first stop at St. Paul Outside the Walls for Mass and a tour. The group checks in to the hotel and enjoys an evening at leisure.
Day 8: Tuesday, April 21 - Rome
The day begins with Mass at St. Peter’s Basilica, with the choir singing in this sacred space. A guided tour of the Basilica, the Vatican Museums, and the Sistine Chapel offers insight and inspiration. A festive reception and dinner close the evening.
Day 9: Wednesday, April 22 - Rome
Highlights include a Papal Audience, visits to St. John Lateran and St. Mary Major, and the possibility of a Scavi Tour. The final evening brings a heartfelt farewell dinner.
Day 10: Thursday, April 23 - Return to USA
With full hearts and renewed spirits, begin their journey home.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION TERMS:
Deposit: $750 per person due upon registration
Second Deposit: $1,250 additional due on or before 12/01/2025
Final Payment: Balance due on or before 01/03/2026
All cancellations must be received in writing. Payments are non-refundable and subject to CTS Terms and Conditions, including the CTS Liability Release. CTS reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payments are not made according to the payment schedule. A $25 fee will be added to any reinstated reservation.
