Client Relations / Guest Ops Specialist

Responsible for communication with clients traveling on a Corporate Travel event or tour

Summary

Corporate Travel seeks an energetic and passionate client service professional that finds fulfillment in providing accurate and timely support to management, coworkers & clients as required. This role will be a position combining client service, guest coordination, business analytics and technical support as requested by management.


Foreseen Responsibilities

Flawlessly provide a professional, compassionate level of customer service to a wide range of personality types while maintaining integrity of Corporate Travel policies and procedures.

  • Proficiency in the RezMagic reservation software (training provided) This will provide you the ability to book guests, maintain manifest data, cabin inventories, and related charter information

  • Be available for in-office work during all office hours

  • Proficiency in the Zoom telephone software (training provided)

  • Conceptual understanding of basic software programming

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word,  Sharepoint, Teams, etc.)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP function, pivot tables, and formulas (limited training provided)

  • Acquire & Sustain proficiency in, and utilize existing internal and partner-provided software tools

  • Robust organizational skills with a high level of detail

  • Liaise with charter clients, vendor organizations, and other CTS departments

  • Identify and suggest improvement opportunities to management where applicable

  • Collect and tender relevant and accurate client information to other various Corporate Travel departments

  • Be capable and available to compile and distribute data to clients, cruise lines, vendor organizations, and guests via comprehensive written reports and presentations

  • Provide data to support in-house and onboard operations

  • Be capable and available to perform in the onboard operation of theme cruise events

  • Perform in the call center reservation capacity as needed

  • Collaborate in a high-level administrative relationship with vendor organizations (RezMagic, Travel Insured, etc.)

  • Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments

  • Embrace intermittent off-hour work and/or familiarization trips

  • High level of customer service

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects, deadlines, and responsibilities

  • Superior written and oral communication

  • Investigative mind, problem solving through structured thinking

  • High degree of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information

  • Passion for event management and cultural travel

  • Familiarity with the MS Office Suite, including MS Excel and MS Word

  • Proficiency with interpersonal (written and oral communication) skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously of varying complexity while protecting quality of work
