Join us for an unforgettable journey to the 2026 Summer Services in Kauhava, Finland! Our adventure begins in the coastal capital of Helsinki, where old-world charm meets modern Nordic style. From there, we’ll travel through scenic Finnish countryside to Kauhava for three inspiring days of worship, fellowship, and community at the Summer Services. The journey continues north to the vibrant city of Oulu before returning to Helsinki to conclude our time together with reflection and celebration. We hope you’ll travel with us as we experience the rich culture, natural beauty, and spiritual depth of Finland—an unforgettable eleven-day pilgrimage of faith and friendship.

ITINERARY
Day 1: Sunday, June 21 – Depart USA
Begin your journey with independent overnight international flights to Helsinki, Finland.
Day 2: Monday, June 22 – Welcome to Helsinki
Arrive at the Helsinki airport, where your hosts Paul and John will greet you. Transfer to your hotel, then gather for a welcome dinner. Enjoy a relaxing evening walk in the charming city center as you begin to take in the beauty of Finland.
Day 3: Tuesday, June 23 – Discover Helsinki
Explore Finland’s stylish capital on a guided city tour that showcases its striking architecture, unique culture, and historic highlights. Spend time browsing local shops before gathering once more for a shared dinner.
Day 4: Wednesday, June 24 – Free Day and RY Services
Enjoy a full day at your leisure to explore more of Helsinki at your own pace. Later, regroup for dinner and attend evening services with the RY community.
Day 5: Thursday, June 25 – Journey to Kauhava
Depart Helsinki for the scenic drive to Kauhava. Enjoy the Finnish countryside, stopping for lunch along the way. After hotel check-in, gather for dinner and, if time permits, visit the Summer Services grounds.
Day 6–8: Friday–Sunday, June 26–28 – Summer Services in Kauhava
Spend three enriching days at the SRK Summer Services, a deeply moving and memorable gathering of believers. Enjoy fellowship, music, and sermons among thousands of attendees. Lunch and dinner are available for purchase at the services each day. Return to the hotel each evening for rest.
Day 9: Monday, June 29 – Transfer to Oulu
Depart Kauhava and head north to the coastal city of Oulu. Stop for lunch en route before arriving in this vibrant university town. Check into your hotel and enjoy dinner together.
Day 10: Tuesday, June 30 – Explore Oulu
Enjoy a city tour of Oulu led by Paul, including a visit to the SRK main offices—the central Lutheran organization in Finland. Spend time browsing local shops, attending services at RY, and reflecting on the journey during your group dinner.
Day 11: Wednesday, July 1 – Return to Helsinki
Travel by motorcoach back to Helsinki and check into a hotel conveniently located near the airport. Gather for a final farewell dinner as you prepare for your journey home.
Day 12: Thursday, July 2 – Depart for Home
Transfer to Helsinki airport for your return flight to the USA.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS:
Deposit: $500 per person due upon registration
Second Deposit: $1,250 additional due on or before January 22, 2026
Final payment: Balance due on or before March 23, 2026
Please note late payments will incur a $50 late fee.
All cancellations must be received in writing. Payments are non-refundable and subject to CTS Terms and Conditions, including the CTS Liability Release. CTS reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payments are not made according to the payment schedule. A $25 fee will be added to any reinstated reservation.
