Day 1: Tuesday, September 10 - Depart for Rome

Depart the USA on overnight flights to Rome, Italy.

Day 2: Wednesday, September 11 - Pompeii | Castellammare di Stabia

Arrive in Rome, meet your Italian tour manager, and depart by private motor coach for Pompeii. Visit the famous Pontifical Shrine of the Blessed Virgin of the Rosary of Pompeii and celebrate Mass. After a visit to the archeological site at Pompeii, continue to Castellammare di Stabia for hotel check-in. Enjoy a welcome dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Castellammare di Stabia.

Day 3: Thursday, September 12 - Amalfi | Ravello

Embark on a drive along the Amalfi Coast, one of the most beautiful roads in the world. Celebrate Mass at the Cathedral of Amalfi, which houses the relics of St. Andrew.  Explore the quaint town of Amalfi, then continue to Ravello.  Visit Villa Rufolo and return to Castellammare di Stabia for an evening of leisure on your own. Overnight in Castellammare di Stabia.

Day 4: Friday, September 13 - Positano

Depart for the cliffside village of Positano, and celebrate Mass at Chiesa di Santa Maria Assunta, followed by a tour to admire the 12th century Black Madonna and learn the story of this Byzantine icon. Enjoy afternoon exploration of this coastal town to shop or relax on the beach. Head to Praiano for a group dinner. Return for an overnight in Castellammare di Stabia.

Day 5: Saturday, September 14 -  Capri

Begin with a scenic boat ride to the island of Capri. Celebrate Mass at Chiesa di San Costanzo, one of the oldest churches on the island. After Mass, depart for the Villa of San Michele and see the remarkable collection of antique treasures and exotic flowers. Enjoy free time before returning to Castellammare di Stabia for an overnight.

Day 6: Sunday, September 15 - Nettuno | Rome | St. Paul Outside the Walls

This morning, depart Castellammare di Stabia for Rome. Stop to celebrate Mass at the Basilica of Our Lady of Graces & St. Maria Goretti. See the relics of her body and visit the Sicily Rome American Cemetery. Continue to Rome and visit St. Paul Outside the Walls before checking into your hotel and freshening up for a group dinner. 

Day 7: Monday, September 16 - Christian Rome Tour | Walking Tour

Celebrate a morning Mass at St. Mary Major, followed by a Christian Rome tour, including St. Mary Major and St. John in Lateran. Explore the Holy Stairs and the Basilica of the Holy Cross, housing precious Christian relics including a piece of the True Cross, thorns, and nails. Later, enjoy an evening walking tour, taking in the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and Piazza Navona.  

Day 8: Tuesday, September 17 - Rome | Vatican Museums | Scavi Tour

Begin your day with Mass at St. Peter’s Basilica. Delve into the artistic treasures with a tour of the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel, where you will view some of the most inspiring works of art. Embark on a Scavi Tour (pending confirmation) before an evening at leisure and overnight in Rome. 

Day 9: Wednesday, September 18 - Papal Audience | Ancient Rome

Today you are blessed to attend the weekly Papal Audience, followed by Mass at either San Giovanni Batista or Santa Maria.  Explore the wonders of Ancient Rome, including a visit inside the majestic Colosseum. Continue to Capitol Hill and the Roman Forum, immersing yourself in the fascinating remnants of ancient civilization. As the final day concludes, gather for a delightful farewell dinner and overnight.

Day 10: Thursday, September 19 - Return to USA

This morning, transfer to the Rome airport for return flights home.

Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel protection is highly recommended. 


Deposit: $350 per person due upon registration

Second Deposit: $1,250 additional due 150 days prior to departure (4/20/24) 

Final Payment: Balance due on or before 90 days prior to departure (6/19/24) 

All payments are non-refundable, and subject to CTS Terms and Conditions including the CTS Liability Release. All cancellations must be  received in writing. Penalties will be determined according to postmark date, or date of the fax or email sent by the cancelling passenger
