ITINERARY


Day 1: Sunday, April 27 - Depart for Rome, Italy

Depart USA on overnight flights to Rome, Italy.


Day 2: Monday, April 28 - Rome

Upon arrival, transfer independently to your Rome hotel where  you will be met by your Italian tour manager in the hotel lobby.  Celebrate an opening Mass and gather for a rooftop reception  and dinner.


Day 3: Tuesday, April 29 - St. Peter's Basillica | Scavi | St. John Lateran

Depart early for St. Peter’s Basilica to celebrate Mass, followed by a  Scavi tour and visit to St. John in Lateran. Enjoy leisure time before  an early evening reception and presentation by Liz Lev on the  topic, “History of Jubilee Year / Holy Years: Origin & Legacy.”


Day 4: Wednesday, April 30 | Papal Audience | PNAC | Swiss Guard | Private Sistine

Begin your morning at the Papal Audience, then depart for  Pontifical North American College to celebrate Mass and enjoy  lunch with the seminarians. Return to the hotel for leisure time  before a visit to the Swiss Guard Barracks and light reception.  Experience a private tour of the Vatican Museum & Sistine Chapel  followed by a reception in the courtyard.


Day 5: Thursday, May 1 - St. Paul Outside the Walls

Your day begins with Mass at St. Paul Outside the Walls, followed  by a tour and lunch with Cardinal Harvey. Enjoy an afternoon at  leisure and group dinner this evening.


Day 6: Friday, May 2 - Return to USA

Transfer independentlyto the Rome airport for return flights to the USA.

Day 6: Friday, May 2 - Arezzo | Bologna

Check out and depart for Arezzo, where you will celebrate Mass  at the Basilica of San Francesco with an overview of The Dream  of Constantine by Pierro della Francesca. Enjoy a relaxing Tuscan  group lunch with wine tasting before heading to Bologna for hotel  check-in.


Day 7: Saturday, May 3 - Bologna Touring

Check out and depart for Arezzo, where you will celebrate Mass  at the Basilica of San Francesco with an overview of The Dream  of Constantine by Pierro della Francesca. Enjoy a relaxing Tuscan  group lunch with wine tasting before heading to Bologna for hotel  check-in.


Day 8: Sunday, May 4 - Bologna | Padua | Bologna

Journey to Padua and celebrate Mass at the Basilica of St. Anthony  of Padua. Visit the resting place of St. Anthony and the Scrovegni  Chapel before a group lunch. Return to your Bologna hotel for an  evening at leisure.


Day 9: Monday, May 5 - Parma | Milan

Check out and depart for Parma, touring highlights such as  Parma Cathedra and the Chamber of St. Paul. Enjoy a lunch of  parmigiano and prosciutto with paired wines before heading to  Milan. Celebrate Mass at Sant’ Ambrogio and see the Last Supper.  Overnight in Milan.


Day 10: Tuesday, May 6 - Milan

Your day begins with a walking tour, visiting the Church of  San Fedele, exploring the artistic district of Brera and Castello  Sforzesco, including Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo Merisi  da Caravaggio, Biblioteca Ambrosiana, San Maurizio Monatero  Maggiore, and San Fedele. Enjoy afternoon free time for shopping  in the Galleria Vittorio area. Gather for a farewell dinner and final  night in Milan.


Day 11: Wednesday, May 7 - Return to USA

Transfer independently to the Milan airport for return flights to the  USA.

TRAVEL PROTECTION:

Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel protection is highly recommended. 


PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS:

$1,000 per person due upon registration

$3,000 additional due 150 days prior to departure (November 28, 2024)

Balance due on or before departure (January 27, 2025)

Please note late payments will incur a $50 late fee. 


All cancellations must be received in writing. Payments are non-refundable and subject to CTS Terms and Conditions, including the CTS Liability Release. CTS reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payments are not made according to the payment schedule. A $25 fee will be added to any reinstated reservation.
