I understand that this replacement does not impact the level of refund to which I would be entitled under the CTS Terms and Conditions. I also understand that I need to submit my intent to cancel on a timely basis per the requirements of my travel protection policy. The booking remains subject to the CTS Terms and Conditions (https://www.ctscentral.net/standard-terms-and-conditions/) and CTS Liability Release (https://www.ctscentral.net/liability-release/).

I understand that the replacement process must be completed at least 120 days prior to departure for international trips, and 30 days prior to departure for domestic trips.

Tour Booking Replacement Conditions*
I understand and agree that the New Traveler must meet the following conditions to replace my booking on the Tour.

The New Traveler MUST contact Corporate Travel Service within 14 days of receiving this form to first complete the booking process on the new tour, which includes acceptance of the CTS Terms and Conditions and CTS Liability Release.

The New Traveler must make a non-refundable deposit equal to or greater than the cumulative level of non-refundable deposit already received from the Current Traveler on the tour.

If the New Traveler does not contact Corporate Travel Service, sign the Terms and Conditions and CTS Liability Release, and tender the requisite level of non-refundable deposit within 14 days of receiving this form, the Current Traveler will be cancelled from the trip according to the Terms and Conditions of the trip, and be subject to any prevailing cancellation fees.
