Pre Departure Health Check

Your trip is almost here! To best prepare you for health precautions during your travel, please note the following key information. All travelers will have agreed to our COVID release prior to participating in the tour.

For the health of all travelers, you will be required to wear masks on the motorcoach, in all indoor group settings, and wherever else as required by venues.

  • We recommend you bring your favorite masks which are most comfortable to you. In the event you need one, we will have a limited quantity available for a nominal fee.
  • Our motorcoach providers will be using sanitizers, cleaning solutions, disinfecting foggers, and other products to sanitize surfaces.
  • Motorcoaches will have hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes aboard, also.
  • You are welcome to bring your own supply of hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes.

While on tour, your Tour Director will be asking you to read and confirm the health check provided below:


  • You have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 21 days.
  • You have not had contact with a person who tested positive for COVID-19 or who has symptoms described below, in the last 14 days.
  • You must wear a mask which completely covers your nose and mouth when social distancing is not possible, or if local rules require. This may include during travel on a motorcoach, airplane or watercraft or while participating in sightseeing activities. Your Tour Director will provide information about local regulations and recommendations.
  • Your temperature will be taken as part of our health check when you arrive at the motorcoach. It may also be taken as we travel at some of the places we visit.
  • You have monitored yourself for COVID-19-related symptoms, and have experienced none of these in the last 14 days:
  • Shortness of breath/difficulty breathing (excludes a pre-existing medical condition)
  • Chills
  • Cough (excludes a pre-existing medical condition)
  • Sore throat
  • Temperature of 100.4 Fahrenheit or greater
  • Vomiting, diarrhea, or nausea
  • Loss of taste or smell (recent occurrence)
  • Muscle pain (unrelated to some recent physical activity)
